Helping Nonprofits Build Communities and Change Lives

Jericho Road Worcester builds the capacity of Worcester County nonprofits through two programs -- Skill-Based Volunteering and the Leadership Connection, a board development training program.

We match nonprofits’ needs with the talents of skilled professionals who volunteer on operational or strategic projects. These short-term, well-defined projects -- completed at no cost to 501c3 nonprofits --help build nonprofit capacity, promote community development, strengthen social services, and enrich the lives of the community.
